across European or other international borders, with particular regard
to major risks and future uncertainties.

with local, national and supranational authorities, drawing on our own
background in government service and diplomacy. We have an extensive range
of contacts in our chosen fields, and are often able to obtain information
or try out ideas without identifying the client on whose behalf we are
working.
We offer a variety of proven tools (seminars, table top
exercises, etc) for involving the authorities in our clients’ planning,
and developing confidence in and ‘ownership’ of the results.
